A Passion for Helping People Take Control of Their Health

Vieve Health & Wellness was founded with a clear mission:
to empower individuals—especially Africans and those in the diaspora—to understand, manage, and thrive with diabetes and chronic health conditions through education, lifestyle support, and culturally relevant care.

After more than 15 years in nursing practice and completing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), I consistently observed a critical gap in healthcare:

People were being diagnosed with diabetes—but not receiving the education and lifestyle guidance needed to manage it confidently in everyday life.

They were told what to do, but not supported in how to do it in ways that fit their culture, routines, and lived experiences.
Vieve Health & Wellness was created to bridge that gap.
